Seems like this is the end of Lookfantastic.
I used to shop there a lot. But since Feb, it is a disaster. I placed an order a month ago. A month ago. And it is not even dispatched yet.
Had multiple queries with the customer service, but it is a ping-pong game: ‘- when is the order going to be dispatched? - we are having troubles to dispatch. - then please cancel. - we cannot cancel because it started dispatch process. - so when is it going to be dispatched? - we do not know because we are having troubles to dispatch.
What the hell.
