I have called up my credit card company to sort this out. There aren't enough hours in the day to try to return a product. Instead of an email which I could respond to, I am invited on their merry-go-round website. They have made it impossible to return an item even though they say they do accept returns. Warning: this company is not to be trusted.
Unfortunately there is no place for a O star, but that is my opinion. O
