This company is ridiculous. They should be shut down. My order has been on "Order Placed" status for weeks and now they tell me they can't manually cancel my order because it has been processed in an automated system. I can only get my money back once I get the items. But here's the thing....THEY CAN'T TELL ME WHEN MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE!!!! THEY HAVEN'T EVEN SHIPPED OUT MY ORDER!
So, they're telling me I have to play the waiting game. Don't purchase anything from them.
