I have listed the chronological order of events to illustrate : 28 Jan - Placed order online 28 Feb - Sent email to Customer service to enquire status of order as has been a month 1 March - received reply – "I have done a follow up on this item and I can confirm that this item is currently out of stock and at this time they are unable to give me a date for when they will have it back in stock. At this point I am happy to arrange a refund for you or preferably you can wait for stock to replenish. I then proceeded to cancel order immediately Checked site and the status of order was “processing cancellation” I then purchased the product from another seller 11 Mar – my credit card was charged for the order 11 Mar – I sent email to customer service …. status on site still stated processing cancellation 11 Mar – I receive reply from customer service stating “I have not been able to cancel this as it has already entered the dispatch process.” I am dumfounded – I did not receive order for a month. Customer Service states item is out of stock and is not able to confirm when stock will arrive. I cancel order and 11 days later, I get charged and the order is dispatched? How can order enter dispatch process 11 days after cancellation and when status on site shows processing cancellation since 1 March? In subsequent communications they are still insisting the order has been dispatched and they can do nothing about it. I will never order from them again.
