FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Used my NHS code for 22% and a complimentary lip gloss if I spent over £55 which I did.
Lipgloss did not arrive and I was told many different reasons as to why it was my fault my free gift didn’t arrive.
I finally got a credit note after days of dispute, when my credit note arrived I proceeded to buy the lip gloss which look fantastic cancelled a day later
I assume this was cancelled as the lipgloss was discounted and yet again they made another mistake with there advertisement
Disgusting!! And no help form customer service
