Ordered a set of haircare with next day delivery. Tracked it on their shippers website and the delivery date kept changing to the next day. This went on for over a week with numerous online chats with their customer service (they don’t have a telephone number to call). I was told they would investigate however today (10 days later!) they finally offered me a refund. I believe they never had the products in stock but didn’t want to lose out on the sale.
