The worst company I have ever dealt with.
Was chasing my refund for a month,dealt with about 15 different employees.
Response time super slow too.
Staff not reading the threads before responding,it's seems like they drag the refund process hoping that you will eventually give up. Promise the refund and don't process it on time.
I would not recommend this company for electronics item orders, I have ordered Babyliss Lasting Sleekness Flawless Curls Straightener, it was electrical fault in it. The straightener was making weird noises switching off itself.
