Bought an expensive skincare product - It was faulty. Most of the product leaked from the fault. Lookfantastic refused to replace the product, stating "more than 14 days" had passed. This is not a part of the policy I agreed to. They told me this is their "internal policy" which they enforce despite it not being part of the terms and conditions actually agreed upon by the consumer. Also, the fault was only found when laying the product on it's side, so was not immediately obvious. Even the parent company of the item said they would work with LF to organise a replacement but LF refused!
Disappointing, as I was about to purchase a bunch of other products they stock - But I will not be risking my money with this company ever again.
