Ordered an item 2 weeks ago , it still hasn't arrived in Ireland . No reply to my emails . Delivery from LF used to take 2-3 days max . I cannot click on the tracking link either . I'm done using Look Fantastic, there are plenty of other options , thankfully! Appalling customer service !
