Absolutely woeful service. I'm stuck with a beauty box for a year I don't want and I've been waiting 3 weeks for a delivery worth over 100 euro. Every excuse has been given and now I'm simply told shipping can take 21 working days. For the last week I have been told customs has delayed the package. Now they've changed that story as well. I have never dealt with a more frustrating company. I will never use them again. Don't waste your money on them.
