I received damaged goods. Two eye crayons which had been exposed to heat in transit (probably due to heatwave and inadequate protective packaging). I wrote to Lookfantastic immediately on receipt of the goods to inform them and ask how to claim a refund for 56€ or how to receive replacements. Nothing! Sent two further emails one to their customer feedback services, once again nothing. I will now send a registered letter, but in the meantime am very disappointed the after sales service.
