They put the wrong currency on my invoice because of which I was asked to pay a huge customs duty in my country. When I complained they asked me to reject the shipment and send it back. Now I’m being told that I will get my money back when and if they receive the shipment back at their warehouse . I’m effectively paying for their mistake. All because instead of putting the value of the shipment in Saudi Riyals they made a mistake and put it as £.
