Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They’re complete fraudsters. I ordered a shampoo set as a birthday gift for £47 with their 2-3day delivery service… 3 days after I’ve ordered they still haven’t dispatched it so I emailed customer service to cancel the order. They read my email but decided to post it to me anyway the following day. By now it’s past the birthday it was intended so I ask why they posted it when I cancelled it. I’m told I will have to return it if I don’t want it?! To return it you need a return label so numerous messages back and forth asking for a return label and being ignored. Finally I get a label and it’s not freepost so they expect me to pay for their mistake! I’ve just reported them to trading standards. I’m £47 out of pocket and they seem to be doing everything they can to avoid giving me a refund. AVOID this company, they’re not legit and if you’ve suffered a similar experience then I suggest you report them to trading standards too.
