Very unhelpful with any delivery issues. Had to pay TWICE for local delivery courier- delivery was supposedly included in the order price (on the top of VAT & Customs).
Kept getting the same automatic response when trying to resolve the issue with customer support.
Would not recommend for any abroad orders.
