I chose to pay via klarna for an order of 80 euros. I never received the products, PostNL indicated that they have been delivered but they never arrived. I have complained to the customer service already 3 times, and nothing. Now Klarna is asking me to pay for this bill and Look fantastic hasn't replied to me at all.
