I ordered 2 pcs of Kerastase, 2 identic items, but they sent to me 1 Kersatse and 1 Estee Lauder!!!
Why??? I didn't order the last one!!!
Now they want that I returned the item and only after then, they sent to me kerastase.
I must to spent my time and go to the post, because of the unprofessionalism
