I don't normally leave reviews but felt I should for the sake of the company and for anyone thinking about ordering from them. I placed an order on the 12th of October and it arrived today the 28th qnd although it was longer than the estimated delivery time I was able to track my parcel through the whole journey and customer services were very prompt in getting back to any enquiry I made regarding the delay. With the current brexit situation I anticipated a delay and I don't think the company deserves some of the harsh reviews it has. If you aren't in a rush for your order (mine is a Christmas present) just expect a 2-3 week wait. I would definitely order from them again. I am based in Dublin.
