the customer service is the worst service you can have, no live chat, no telephone, only " DO NO REPLY" email and you cannot do anything, but re-write to them again from the beginning to explain the issue to different persons. It's been 4 months that I haven't received my refund, they confirmed in a "do not reply" email that they have received the defect returned product and the refund takes 3-5 business days, One month later, they asked me again to provide the return receipt... the story starts over gain ..
