One order went missing completely and was told it had been delivered. Queried this and was told the case had been closed as they have' forty day policy'...no idea what that is and was not informed of any policy beforehand. Only discovered it when querying another order that had been 'returned to sender' . Absolutely awful and will never order from this website again.
