I ordered goods but Look Fantastic are saying I haven't ordered anything (even though I was given a 'false' order number). They have also taken money from my bank account.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to them. This so-called company seems totally fraudulent (reading reviews below) and I don't know why the relevant authorities aren't dealing with them. I just want my money back. I am so shocked that they are allowed to operate on the internet.
