I ordered on BF next day delivery and i am still waiting almost 2 weeks later. They also cancelled my free gift and claim I cancelled it myself (why would I cancel a free gift worth £54 when I spent almost £200 to get it). Their customer service is horrendous and they next actually respond to the concern. I am so disappointed and I don't know what to do but I know I will NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!
