I ordered 2 bottles of shampoo and a bottle of conditioner tge 2 bottles of shampoo were never delivered despite the tracking stating that both packages were delivered at the same time.I contacted look fantastic and was advised that the best they could do was give a 35% refund such an insult pathetic !
