They are taking money but not delivering orders nor are you able to cancel. Online chat permanently offline and anyone who does 'help' just says the same thing that they are busy etc.
They just wont help or do anything. All I want is a refund at this point.
Avoid this company, they are awful (also very suss they are all of a sudden getting lots of 5 star reviews on trustpilot when I have read thousands of complaints?!)
