I used to love this company and used it numerous times every month but now I don't know what's going on. In recent months I've paid for next day delivery for it to not turn up then be told I'd be given money off a next order but that's never happened, and I'm still awaiting an order that hasn't turned up, it just says awaiting dispatch, ive messaged numerous time and all I get in a generic reply, no one is telling me what is going on. There are Christmas presents on my order and I have no idea whether they are coming or not.
