Order not received within time provided by them. Asked them to cancel and refund and they refused. Order placed 26th Nov and still no sign 21st Dec.
Custo.er service is shocking. They fob you off and dont answer you fully.
Would never use again. Christmas presents in January everybody!
Will be returning free in January (which they suggested) Lets see how that goes next!
