I had an issue with the delivery timing of my order.
Contacted many times the customer service and I had always a reply.
My order wasn't arriving and so we proceeded to a refund.
The order arrived after that.
I immediately offered myself to redo a payment and I was said that it wouldn't be needed, and I could take it as compensation for all the trouble.
I was amazed! not many companies would care about the clients so well. Congratulations!
