Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t expect them to help you with damage goods or anything else apart from standard procedures!
My quite expensive brand, hair conditioner arrived licked with damage unusable pump ( 1000 ml ) and I had to push for return. They weren’t able to offer any other solutions apart from an apology!
