They have wrongly marked my package as gift. The customs is holding it as it has been misdeclared and undervalued. I need to submit invoice for them to release the package, and I have been in touch with the so called 'customer service team' since over 2 months, all they say is that the invoice would be sent in 3-5 days, and it's been more than 60 days and they still give the same reply.
