I placed an order on Wednesday 18th May and requested next day delivery. I sat in on Thursday 19th waiting for my delivery (over £80 worth of skincare), only for it not to turn up. When I checked my email Evri stated that my order had been delayed, could not tell me why and said they would try to deliver it on the next working day. I contacted LookFantastic via Instagram DM and asked if they could simply get in touch with Evri for me to find out where my parcel was. A lady named Megan took my contact information and assured me that she would contact Evri and come back to me. The next thing I know, a second lady named Iona has contacted me stating that my refund for next day delivery would be processed (not a refund for my order). I advised her that I had not yet asked for any refund, I just wanted their help contacting Evri, as no one was available to talk to there. Appalling customer service, I just want my parcel. If it comes to it I’ll ask for a full refund, but reading some of these reviews, it sounds like it’ll be a tall order. What a shame, will never order from them again.
