Typed in the bundle promotion code and my free gift never came. Contacted the company and they said I hadn't added it to the basket. There was no option to do this and I confirmed this with them. They then replied that it was because I'd added another offer. At no point was this clear. It seems they swop their stories to suit. Terrible company.
