I ordered a Elemis product and when I received my parcel one of the item was empty. I contact with them and they was telling me for 3 week straight that they will send the item again to me. The item cost 70£ and after 3 week the send me and email who they are saying that they will not send my item and that they closed my account so I can’t contact with them. Terrible customer service!!!!
