I ordered a Foreo device that was defective, it would not power on despite over 24 hours of charging. I had to message customer service multiple times explaining myself over and over that there was not external physical damage to the device. I finally was given return instructions. I had to pay for the return out of pocket. It’s almost been 6 weeks with no refund so I contacted CS again and they’re asking for proof of shipment. So for US customers who are accustomed to the convenience getting a return label with your purchase, I would just avoid purchasing from this company. I’ll probably just let them keep my $150 because I’m over it. I will definitely not be purchasing from them again!
