Order was lost be the courier in May and I am still chasing and trying to speak with someone about getting a replacement. First I was told a replacement would be sent straight out but then the items were out of stock so it could not be despatched, then they sent me a substitute box with old stock from the March box without my consent as a replacement. When enquiring as to what I had received I was told that a replacement May box would be delivered within 2 weeks. It is now the 5th July and I have still not received the May box and when contacting the LiveChat agent today (They have no phone number to be able to actually speak with someone and further try to avoid dealing with problems) I was advised that they weren't going to send one out as the substitute box had been delivery and that was acceptable. When asking the agent to refer back to chat logs to confirm I was promised the correct box being sent out, I was told this can take up to 5 working days to request, not very helpful when I have never been able to reconnect with the same agent in the months this issue has been ongoing. In short, if you have any issues good luck trying to get it resolved.
