Terrible experience!!!!!! I chose Lookfantastic Canada and they sent me my order with three items with UK plug!!!! I just can't use them!!! And they refused to take back the items, give me prepaid postage to return the items. As I ask them for this prepaid postage as the price I should pay for the delivery is about $400-600 from Canada to UK. BE CAREFUL!!!!!! Their customer service just sent me template answers first, then just this: " I am unable to send you a paid postage slip, as your return is coming all the way from Canada." Why ARE YOU MENTIONED: LOOKFANTASTIC CANADA!!! and send the items from the UK? Just disgusting!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!
