Item wasn’t received for more than 2 weeks.
Wrote in to inquiry and was told the delivery is 30days and if you request for cancel and refund. You have to wait until the item arrived, send a return and then wait further for a refund. Hence the whole process may take you 2-3 months.
Do take note that whatever cost will be bare by the customer including the shipping cost.
Speaking to their customer service takes more than an hour just to enquire about the missing/delay shipment and so forth.
It was a very unpleasant experience.
