Non-delivery after 15 days, of items valued over £75. Appalling customer service; keep getting a message saying they are still investigating with the courier. I have repeatedly requested a refund which they are completely ignoring. Please DO NOT order anything from this company, I only wish I had read the reviews. What a shocking service and a shameful way to operate! Off to Trading Standards I go...!
