I payed for my order and they didn’t send it out after 2 weeks I contacted them to ask where it was, and I was told I don’t pay for an order which I did they made me send my bank statement in which is ridiculous they should of checked their account not expect a customer to do this , but I did send it they still didn’t send my order or refund me so I contacted them again a further 2 times and was told I had to send proof again so sent my bank statement again , which is obviously annoying after I had already done that so I sent it again and yet again no order and no refund and i emailed again and i was told they would look into it and get back to me which didn’t happen and about a week later refunded me No exclamation, no apology and no order I never asked for a refund I wanted the order. And as a good will they offer £5 credit note I would never used this company again they Kelly my money for over a month and made me constantly ask for my own money back i I didn’t they would if kept it!!
