I purchased items from look fantastic. Nothing arrived for a few weeks . I chased and emailed. They gave me a £5.00 voucher .. not overly generous ( took my money the date ordered- even though not delivered!) Still a gesture.
I accepted. The exclusions for the voucher huge rendering it useless.
Having never bothered before to look around found all items cheaper on Amazon..look fantastic isn’t cheap.
Recommendation … DONT BUY from Look Fantastic. It you wait for them you never will!!!
