I loved ordering from this company and received a full size hand cream free with Lancôme order. Everything was great until I received a bill from fedex for €35 import duty. I live I. Ireland and foolishly thought that the company with I.e. on their website was in Ireland or was structured in such a way not to incur import fees. Very disappointing as I liked their deals and service.
