Customer service is so poor. I have x2 orders that have been lost for nearly 2 months. I raise immediately when I realised and customer service also confirmed my parcels were delivered to an incorrect address as of couriers mistake. Even though this was confirmed I am still without a replacement order (as their policy states they will replace any lost or damaged parcels) or refund.
Such poor customer service. Longtime customer, will never order again.
