Do I even want to give them one star? I wrote to them in early August that the delivery person had shown me the broken items in the shipper carton (likely due to poor packing) and said he will return it to the sender (company). Until today (11 Oct) I still don't have replacement but I had already paid over $200. Communication with them is a challenge, just keeps going around in circles. Utterly disappointed.
