This is about shipping and customer service:
Absolutely horrible they took more than 7 working days to deliver the package (still not received yet but hopefully soon ) and after confronting customer support with this they claimed Saturday not being a workday in Germany and just closing the chat.
Do not order there if you want to get your package in a timely manner
