Completely the wrong items were delivered on an expensive order. (not slightly wrong - completely different items which cannot be used)
Support staff refuse to correct the mistake and send the correct products, until they have received the incorrect items back - time and effort on our end despite their mistake. AND their support portal errors out when trying to complete the return with the voucher they provided.
