very unprofessional, they promised to deliver in a certain period, attempted to deliver before the delivery date, refused to deliver it during the agreed day and said they cannot guarantee it will be delivered on the day I suggested, I had to go buy the merchandise from another physical store after waiting for the products for more than a week!
