delivery was quick, products are packaged properly. But one of the products is faulty. I contacted customer services and had a very rude and condensing employee deal with my issue, he was unprofessional and really annoying. The issue was not solved. I had to call again and spoke to a much friendlier and polite customer service employee who provided a reasonable solution. I will probably shop much less from look fantastic in the future.
