Apaulling service during Black Friday panic, order placed on the 25th Nov buy the 8th Dec still no order acknowledgement received let alone the actual order, despite contacting Look Fantastic numerous times.
They are also withholding a refund as they are saying the order cannot be cancelled.
Really disappointed with their incompetence.
