I have been a customer for many years for Lookfantastic I have had a problem with a duplicated order which was the companies fault although they did charge me twice , having to chase every step of the way to get a refund then the same hassle for refund of postage ,( how did they think it was returned) no sorry for all the inconvenience obviously they do not need customers.
Never again avoid
