Fraud Website, Useless After-sale Service
I placed an order in 2018, look fantastic told me it is not successfully placed. In 2019, after 12 months, my money is deducted and the parcel is on the way to an old address. I contacted the after-sale service and I was told to send back the parcel to get a refund. But I can never receive the parcel because the address is wrong.
I have written 4 emails to lookfantastic but each time it is a different person and gives useless answers. After so many email exchanges, they wrote me that they can do nothing for me
