PROBABLY A BIG SCAM
When my delivery didn't arrive on time I asked the customer service where it was and they told me to wait an additional 30 days. Fast forward to now, the products still haven't arrived and their answer to me is to ask my neighbours if they have the package (which they don't) and now that I am requesting for a refund, the customer service is no longer answering.
