Have purchased from this site a few times and am always happy. Products arrive very quickly! Had one problem with a bottle from The Ordinary - the cap was stuck because it was off track. Got in contact to report the issue and sent a picture - they immediately sent a replacement. Honestly, it would have been very easy to miss the problem with the bottle unless you try to open it. So no big deal. Very happy with their customer service as well!
